HR Programme Co-ordinator

As an HR Programme Co‑ordinator, you will support the design, delivery, and administration of HR programmes and strategic projects, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of talent development initiatives such as internships, scholarships, and management trainee programmes through close coordination with the programme manager, internal departments, and participants, while also contributing to HR projects and process improvement through data analysis and insights; the ideal candidate will bring foundational HR experience, strong coordination and analytical skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the various programmes in Singapore and globally, including scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, and transitions between departments
Act as a primary point of contact for trainees, addressing queries and providing ongoing programme support
Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, business units, managers) on all logistics for the programme and participants
Support the development and co-ordination of engagement and collaboration initiatives e.g. MS Teams channels, meetings and knowledge sharing sessions
Assist in the development and continuous improvement of programme materials, and onboarding resources
Co-ordination of evaluations for all programmes, liasing with various stakeholders to ensure completion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records, tracking systems, and reporting tools
Prepare programme reports and dashboards for HR and senior management
Support the implementation of new initiatives or programme enhancements
Support HR Manager on strategic projects and initiatives including process enhancement, analysis and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1 - 3 years of experience in HR, programme coordination, or a related role
Experience supporting talent or graduate programmes is an advantage
Strong organisational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Collaboration tools
