The Schulte Group Management Trainee Program appeals to university and maritime studies graduates who wish to accelerate their personal and professional development. The program helps them towards becoming well-rounded, global professionals through a combination of experiences that will help them build excellent foundations. The trainees are exposed to an international environment whilst engaging with different cultures.
We are offering motivated fresh graduates and professionals a chance to gain a holistic overview of the maritime industry and the Schulte Group through rotations in our various offices and subsidiaries globally.
The trainee program is tailor-made, runs for up to two years with each rotation lasting between 3-6 months and will include mainly project work as well as experiences onboard a vessel and at a shipyard.
Each trainee is assigned a mentor from the management team, who guides the trainee through career progression during the trainee program.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institute in Naval Architecture, Engineering or a similar discipline
Maritime qualification/background is advantageous
Fluent in spoken and written English
Team-oriented with good communication and analytical skills
Interested in working in an international environment
Willingness and flexibility to relocate abroad
