The Schulte Group Management Trainee Program appeals to university and maritime studies graduates who wish to accelerate their personal and professional development. The program helps them towards becoming well-rounded, global professionals through a combination of experiences that will help them build excellent foundations. The trainees are exposed to an international environment whilst engaging with different cultures.
We are offering motivated fresh graduates and professionals a chance to gain a holistic overview of the maritime industry and the Schulte Group through rotations in our various offices and subsidiaries globally.
The trainee program is tailor-made, runs for up to two years with each rotation lasting between 3-6 months and will include mainly project work.
Trainees gain knowledge in different Schulte Group subsidiaries and departments such as our ship management company Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM); finance, technical/marine projects, M&A and investment projects, digital marketing, maritime digital solutions, business development, cruise, offshore project development and other business units.
Each trainee is assigned a mentor from the management team, who guides the trainee through career progression during the trainee program.
Requirements
University degree from a reputable institution
Experience in maritime industry or relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage
Fluent in spoken and written English
Team-oriented with good communication and analytical skills
Interested in working in an international environment
Willingness and flexibility to relocate abroad
